Shopee Connector Overview
The Shopee Connector is an official Odoo module (sale_shoppe) that synchronises Shopee orders directly into Odoo — eliminating manual data entry and keeping inventory in sync across both platforms.
What the Shopee Connector does
The Shopee Connector pulls orders from your Shopee Seller account into Odoo as confirmed Sales Orders. Inventory levels are synchronised back to Shopee automatically to prevent overselling. Delivery information (tracking numbers, carrier details) flows from Odoo back to Shopee. New buyers are automatically created as Contacts in Odoo. Multiple Shopee stores and seller accounts can be connected to the same Odoo database. This is an official Odoo module included free in all Odoo Enterprise subscriptions — no third-party purchase required.
Fulfillment methods supported
The connector supports all three Shopee fulfillment methods. FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant): you store and ship the goods yourself. Odoo manages the delivery orders and syncs shipping status back to Shopee. FBS (Fulfillment by Shopee): Shopee warehouses and ships for you. Completed FBS orders are imported into Odoo for sales recording only — no delivery action needed in Odoo. Hybrid: a mix of both. The connector handles each order line according to its fulfillment type.
