Install the module

Apps ▸ search "Shopee Connector" ▸ Install

The module technical name is sale_shoppe. Search for "Shopee Connector" in the Apps menu and install it. Once installed, a Shopee menu appears under Sales > Configuration.

Prerequisite The Shopee Connector requires the Sales and Inventory modules. Ensure both are installed before proceeding.

Get your Shopee Open Platform credentials

Before connecting Odoo, you need a Shopee Open Platform account with API credentials. Log in to open.shopee.com with your Shopee seller credentials. Create a new app — select "Self-developed app" for your own store. After creation, copy the Partner ID and Partner Key from the app dashboard. You will need these in the next step.

Shopee Open Platform vs Seller Centre The Shopee Open Platform (open.shopee.com) is separate from the Shopee Seller Centre (seller.shopee.com.my). You need credentials from the Open Platform specifically. The Partner ID and Partner Key are only available there — not in the Seller Centre.

Connect your Shopee account in Odoo

Sales ▸ Configuration ▸ Shopee ▸ Accounts ▸ NEW

Click New to add a Shopee account. In the Credentials tab, select the correct API Endpoint for your region, then enter your Partner ID and Partner Key. Click Save and Authorize — you will be redirected to Shopee to authorise the connection. After authorising, return to Odoo and the account status changes to Connected.

API endpoint options
Shopee Production (Singapore) * Use this for all Malaysian sellers and most APAC countries. This is the standard endpoint.
Shopee Production (China) Only for sellers operating within mainland China.
Shopee Production (Brazil) Only for sellers operating in Brazil.
Shopee Testing For development and testing only. Does not affect live data. Use this when first configuring the connector.

Configure shops

Sales ▸ Configuration ▸ Shopee ▸ Shops

After connecting your account, your Shopee shops appear automatically in the Shops list. For each shop, configure: the Odoo warehouse where orders will be fulfilled, the sales team to assign orders to, and the company (for multi-company setups). Enable each shop you want to sync. Multiple shops from the same or different seller accounts can be configured.
