Configure your meeting rooms before employees can book them.

Create a room

Calendar Configuration Meeting Rooms NEW

Click New to add a meeting room.

Room fields
Name * Room name shown to employees — e.g. "Boardroom", "Meeting Room A", "Zoom Room".
Capacity Maximum number of people. Shown to employees when choosing a room.
Location Floor or building — useful for multi-location offices.
Privacy Public: anyone can book. Private: specific users only.
Amenities Tags for equipment available — e.g. Projector, Whiteboard, Video Conference.
