Meeting Rooms manages the booking of physical meeting rooms and shared spaces in your office.

What Meeting Rooms does

Meeting Rooms lets employees see which conference rooms are available and book them directly from the Calendar event form. Each room has a capacity, equipment list (projector, whiteboard, video conferencing), and availability calendar. Double-booking is prevented automatically. Rooms can require approval before confirmation.
