Technician mobile app
Technicians use the Odoo mobile app in the field. They see their scheduled work orders for the day, navigate to the customer address, start the timer when work begins, log parts used by scanning barcodes or searching the product catalogue, and mark the job done when complete. The customer can sign digitally on the technician's phone.
Offline mode
The Odoo mobile app works offline — technicians in areas with poor signal can continue working and logging time. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
