Gantt dispatch view

The Gantt view shows all technicians as rows with their scheduled work orders as blocks across the calendar. Drag work orders to reassign or reschedule. Unassigned work orders appear at the top — drag them to a technician to assign. Colour coding shows job status: grey (scheduled), blue (in progress), green (done).

The map view shows all open work orders as pins on a map. Use this to group nearby jobs and assign them to the same technician to minimise travel time. Click a pin to see the work order details and assign a technician directly from the map.
