What Field Service does

Field Service is for companies that send technicians or service staff to customer locations. Create work orders from Helpdesk tickets or directly, assign to a field technician, schedule the visit, and track progress in real time on the mobile app. Technicians log time and parts used on site. On completion, invoices are generated automatically from the logged work.
