Employee self-assessment
Click Send Appraisal to notify the employee. They complete a self-assessment form covering their achievements, challenges, and development goals. The form is customisable — edit the questions in Appraisals > Configuration > Appraisal Templates. The employee submits when complete.
3
Manager evaluation and meeting
The manager completes their own assessment of the employee's performance. Both assessments are visible to each other after submission. Schedule a review meeting using the Meeting button. During the meeting, discuss results, agree on ratings, set goals for the next period, and finalise the appraisal. Click Mark as Done to close the cycle.
Goal setting
Goals set in the appraisal appear on the employee's next appraisal automatically. Use SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Goals link to skills so development needs are tracked over time.
