What Appraisals does
Appraisals
Appraisals provides a structured cycle for performance reviews. HR schedules appraisals, employees complete self-assessments, managers provide their evaluation, and both parties discuss and finalise the review. Goals set during one review carry forward to the next cycle. Results link to Skills Management for development planning and can inform salary review discussions.
