To-Do

To-Do provides a personal kanban board for managing individual tasks. Unlike Project tasks, To-Do items are private by default — only you see your own list. Use it for: personal reminders, follow-up items from meetings, quick action items that don't belong to a formal project. Tasks can have due dates, priorities, and links to other Odoo records. It connects with Calendar for date-based tasks.

To-Do vs Project Tasks Use To-Do for personal, unstructured tasks that only you need to track — things you'd otherwise put in a notebook or phone reminder. Use Project for work that involves collaboration, deadlines for the team, billable time tracking, or formal deliverables.
