Skills
List of specific skills under this type — e.g. Python, JavaScript, SQL under "Programming Languages".
Levels
Proficiency levels — e.g. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert. Each level has a progress percentage.
Default Level
Level assigned when a skill is first added to an employee.
