Configure your POS terminal, payment methods, and receipt layout before going live.

POS settings

Point of Sale ▸ Configuration ▸ Settings

Key settings: Connected Devices (receipt printer, barcode scanner, payment terminal), Customer Display, Loyalty Program, Customer Invoicing (auto-generate invoice on every sale), Floor Plan (for restaurant table management), Employee Login (require PIN to access POS).

Critical settings

Journal * The accounting journal for POS sales. Defaults to Point of Sale.

Pricelist Which pricelist applies to this POS. Supports member pricing or promotional pricing.

Taxes Default tax applied to all sales. Can be overridden per product.

Receipt Header/Footer Custom text printed on receipts — e.g. company registration number, terms.

Automatic Closing Set a time for the session to close automatically if left open.
