Make a call from a CRM record

Click the phone icon next to any phone number in Odoo to initiate a VoIP call. The browser softphone opens and connects the call. During the call, Odoo shows the linked record and lets you take notes. When the call ends, it is automatically logged as a completed call activity on the record — with duration and your notes.

Receive incoming calls

When a call comes in to your VoIP number, a notification appears in the browser showing the caller's name (if they are a contact in Odoo) and their linked records. Click Accept to answer. The relevant customer or opportunity opens automatically so you have full context during the call.

Call queue Configure call queues in your VoIP provider for teams with multiple agents — calls ring all agents simultaneously or in a round-robin sequence. Odoo logs the answered call against the agent who picked up.
