Live Chat
Live Chat embeds a chat button on your website. When a visitor starts a chat, it is assigned to an available agent or chatbot. Agents respond from the Odoo backend or mobile app. Conversations are stored permanently and linked to CRM leads if the visitor provides their contact details. Chatbots can handle initial qualification before transferring to a human agent.
