What Knowledge does
Knowledge
Knowledge provides a rich text editor for creating articles — think Notion or Confluence built into Odoo. Articles are organised in a tree structure with nested pages. They can contain text, images, tables, embedded views from other Odoo modules (e.g. a live list of open opportunities), and file attachments. Access is controlled by workspace — some articles are company-wide, others are team-private.
