Expiring Contracts
Shows all contracts approaching their end date within a configurable window. Use this report monthly to identify fixed-term contracts that need renewal or termination notices. Filter by department or manager to assign follow-up actions.
Work permit expiry
For foreign employees, track work permit and visa expiry dates using document attachments with expiry dates. Odoo sends automated reminders before expiry — configure the reminder window in HR Settings.
