Scan-driven workflows for receipts, deliveries, and stock counts.
Receive products by scan
Open Barcode > Receipts to see all pending receipts. Scan the product barcode — the quantity increments automatically. Scan again for each unit received. For lot-tracked products, scan the lot barcode after the product barcode. When quantities match, click Validate. Errors are highlighted in red — scan again or edit manually.
Process deliveries by scan
Open a delivery order in the Barcode app. The picker sees what to collect and from where. Scan the location barcode to confirm the pick location, then scan the product. For multi-location warehouses, the app guides the picker through each location in an optimised sequence.
Inventory count by scan
Scan each product in a location to count it. The app records the scanned quantity against the theoretical on-hand. At the end of the count, submit — the differences are calculated and presented for review before posting the adjustment.
