Timesheet Analysis shows all entries with hours, project, task, employee, and billable status. Group by employee to see individual contribution. Group by project to see total effort per project. Group by customer to see total billable hours per client. Filter by date range for monthly or weekly summaries.

The Project Profitability report compares project revenue (from invoices) against project cost (from timesheet hours × employee hourly rate). This shows which projects are profitable and which are losing money. Requires employee cost rates to be configured in HR settings.
Set employee hourly cost
For profitability reporting to work, each employee needs an hourly cost configured on their employee record (HR Settings tab → Hourly Cost). This is the internal cost rate — not what you charge the customer. Use fully loaded cost (salary + benefits + overhead allocation).
