Time Off Overview
The Time Off module manages employee leave — from requesting annual leave to tracking sick days and public holidays. It connects with Payroll for accurate salary deductions.
What the Time Off module does
Time Off handles the full leave lifecycle: employees request leave, managers approve or refuse, balances are tracked automatically, and approved leave feeds into payroll. It supports multiple leave types — annual leave, medical leave, emergency leave, and unpaid leave — each with their own rules for accrual, carryover, and approval.
Key menu areas
Managers see an Overview of their team's leave and a list of requests to approve. Employees see My Time Off for their own requests and My Allocation for their leave balances. Reporting shows leave analysis by type, department, or employee. Configuration covers leave types, accrual plans, and public holidays.
