Surveys
Surveys lets you design forms with multiple question types, distribute them by email or link, and analyse responses in real time. Use cases: customer satisfaction (CSAT) after support resolution, NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys, employee pulse surveys, post-event feedback, training quizzes with pass/fail scoring, or onboarding assessments.
