Sales Overview
The Sales module manages your complete sales cycle — from sending a quotation to invoicing the customer. It connects directly with Inventory for delivery and Accounting for billing.
What the Sales module does
The Sales module handles quotations, sales orders, delivery coordination, and customer invoicing. When a quotation is confirmed as a sales order, it triggers stock reservation in Inventory and creates the basis for the customer invoice in Accounting. Everything flows automatically once the order is confirmed.
Key menu areas
Orders contains quotations and confirmed sales orders. Products contains your product catalogue and pricelists. Reporting covers sales analysis and forecasting. Configuration covers settings, sales teams, and payment terms. The To Invoice menu item shows orders ready for billing.
