Key settings
Important settings to review: Quotation Templates (save standard quotation layouts), Online Signature (customers can sign quotations electronically), Online Payment (customers can pay deposits online), Customer Ratings (satisfaction survey after delivery), Pricelists (enable multiple price levels), Units of Measure (enable UoM on order lines), Purchase Orders (link sales to purchase for dropshipping).
Quotation templates
Quotation templates save a set of standard products, quantities, and sections that can be applied to any new quotation in one click. Create templates for your most common offerings — e.g. "Standard Service Package", "Basic Implementation". When creating a quotation, select the template from the Quotation Template field and all lines are pre-filled.
