Configure floor plan

Point of Sale Configuration Floors

Create a floor for each area of your restaurant — e.g. "Ground Floor", "Terrace", "Private Room". On each floor, add tables: set the shape (circle or square), size, seat count, and position by dragging on the grid. Tables can be colour-coded by status: green (available), orange (occupied), red (order printing).

Table service flow

When a customer sits down, the waiter opens the POS, selects the table, and adds orders. Orders can be split by course. When ready, click Order to send to the kitchen printer or display. The table status updates to orange (order placed). Customers can be moved between tables. When paying, select the table, click Payment, and process. The table resets to available.

Split bills To split the bill between customers at the same table: open the table order, click the Split button, and assign items to different paying customers. Each customer pays their portion separately. Useful for group dining where individuals pay for their own orders.
