Rental Orders
A rental order books a product for a customer for a specific period.

Start (pickup) and end (return) date and time.
Product
*
The item being rented. Only products configured as rentable appear.
Quantity

Number of units being rented.
Unit Price
Rental rate — auto-filled from the rental pricelist configured on the product.

Pickup and return
PICKUP
When the customer collects the product, click Pickup. Odoo records the pickup date and reserves the specific unit(s) from inventory. When the customer returns the product, click Return. Record the return date and condition. If the product is returned damaged, a damage report can be attached. Invoice is generated for the actual rental period.
