The Recruitment module manages the full hiring cycle — from job posting to offer letter — with a Kanban pipeline for each open position.

What Recruitment does
Recruitment
Recruitment organises hiring into visual pipelines — one pipeline per job position. Candidates (called Applications) move through stages: New Application → Initial Screening → First Interview → Second Interview → Contract Proposed → Contract Signed. At each stage you can schedule activities, send emails, add notes, and rate the candidate. When hired, a click creates the employee record from the application data.
