Quality Checks and Alerts
Quality checks are the actual inspections. Alerts are raised when something fails.
Process lifecycle
1
Perform a quality check
When a triggered operation reaches the control point, a quality check appears automatically. The operator opens the check, follows the instructions, and marks it Pass or Fail (or enters a measurement). If passed, the operation continues. If failed, a Quality Alert is created and the operation is blocked until the alert is resolved.

Quality Alerts
A Quality Alert is a non-conformance record. It captures: the product and lot affected, the operation where the failure was found, the root cause, and the corrective action taken. Alerts go through their own approval workflow before being closed.
