The Project module organises work into projects and tasks. It connects with Timesheets for tracking effort, Sales for billing, and Helpdesk for escalations.

Project
Project provides a structured way to plan, assign, and track work. Projects contain tasks which can be assigned to team members, given deadlines, and tracked through stages. Time logged on tasks feeds into timesheets and can be billed to customers. Project reporting shows progress, workload, and profitability.
