Planning gives managers a Gantt-style view of who is doing what and when. You can schedule shifts, assign employees to projects for specific date ranges, and identify capacity gaps. It connects with Timesheets to compare planned vs actual hours, and with the employee's working schedule for accurate availability calculation.
