EPF (KWSP) report

Payroll ▸ Reporting ▸ EPF

The EPF report shows employer and employee contribution amounts for the month, grouped by employee. Export as the KWSP-specified format for submission via i-Akaun (employer). The contribution table uses the official KWSP third schedule rates. Verify that employee EPF numbers are entered on all employee records before generating.

SOCSO and EIS report

Payroll ▸ Reporting ▸ SOCSO

The SOCSO report shows contributions per employee for the Contribution Schedule (8A) submission via EzCount or i-Akaun PERKESO. EIS contributions are submitted separately via the EIS portal. Both are due by the 15th of the following month.

PCB/MTD and Form E

Payroll ▸ Reporting ▸ PCB

The PCB report shows monthly tax deduction amounts per employee for remittance to LHDN via e-PCB Plus or ByrHASiL. At year end, generate Form EA for employees (income declaration for personal tax filing) and Form E for the company (employer's annual return to LHDN). Both are due by 31 March of the following year.

e-Data PCB LHDN requires electronic submission of PCB data. Odoo can generate the e-Data PCB text file in the required format. Verify the employee tax reference numbers (No. Cukai) are complete on all employee records before generating the file.
