Open Kiosk
Configure a station for each reception point in your building. Open the kiosk on a tablet — it displays a welcome screen. Visitors tap Check In, enter their name and the host employee they are visiting, and optionally have their photo taken. The host receives an immediate notification. A visitor badge can be printed if a printer is connected.

Pre-register a visitor

For expected visitors, create a visitor record in advance. This sends the visitor a confirmation email with check-in instructions. When they arrive, they scan the QR code from the email for instant check-in — no form to fill in. Pre-registration reduces lobby wait time for important guests.
