The Employees module is the central HR record for your company. It stores employee information, contracts, skills, and documents — and connects to Payroll, Attendance, Time Off, and Expenses.

What the Employees module does

Employees

The Employees module maintains a complete record for every person in your organisation. It stores personal details, job information, contracts, emergency contacts, and documents. It feeds data to Payroll (for salary calculations), Attendance (for clock-in/out), and Time Off (for leave management). Every other HR-related module starts here — the employee record is the master.

Key menu areas

Employees shows your full employee list. Reporting covers headcount, contracts, and skills analysis. Configuration covers departments, job positions, activity types, and HR settings. The smart buttons on each employee record link to their contracts, payslips, time off, attendances, and expenses.
