Create meetings, calls, and appointments directly in the calendar.

Create an event

Click any time slot on the calendar to create an event. Or click New for the full form.
Event fields
Meeting Subject

What the meeting is about — e.g. "Product demo — ABC Sdn Bhd".
Start / End
*
Date and time of the event.
All Day
Tick for full-day events — hides the time fields.
Attendees
Odoo users and external contacts to invite. They receive email invitations.
Location
Physical address or video call link.
Reminders
Email or SMS alerts before the event — e.g. 15 minutes before, 1 day before.
Recurrence
Repeat the event daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
Privacy
Everyone, Only me, or Confidential (title visible, details hidden).

Link to CRM or other records
Events can be linked to CRM opportunities, customers, projects, or any Odoo record. Open the event form, scroll to the Related Document field, and select the linked record. The event then appears as a smart button on that record — all meeting history is accessible from the opportunity or customer page.
